Facility Rules
We ask all students
and visitors to please observe these rules when attending classes or
visiting our facility.
1.
ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD in the studios, lobby, rest rooms, or changing areas.
No gum, of course!
2.
WATER BOTTLES ONLY. NO JUICE or other beverages ANYWHERE in our
facility.
3.
NO STREET SHOES IN THE DANCE ROOMS. This applies to visitors, too.
Cubbies are provided for shoes in the lobby.
4.
Students may bring only dance shoes, sweater, and water bottle into
dance rooms. All other items will be stored in the lobby.
Refund Policy:
1.
Students who withdraw before classes begin will receive a full refund,
less the $5 registration fee per class.
2.
Students who withdraw during the first 5 classes of the 11 week
session will receive a refund of 1/2 of the tuition, plus any
costume deposits paid.
3.
There are no refunds after the 5th class of each term.
4.
Costume deposits are refundable until December 15th. No
exceptions.
Snow Cancellation Policy:
In the
event of bad weather, an email will be sent by 8:00 a.m. for morning
classes and by 12:00 p.m. for afternoon and evening classes. A
message will also be posted to the home page of the website whenever
possible. Makeup
classes will be offered for any classes cancelled due to bad weather.
