Ticket Information
(Please read carefully)
- Tickets will be GENERAL ADMISSION
SEATING this year.
- Parents of Graduating Seniors
will be pre-seated for the 6:00 p.m. show, if they arrive by 5:20.
(Limit 4 per family for priority seating, please.)
- Parents who assist backstage
(see below for information for volunteering!) will receive one free
ticket for each show with which they assist.
- Tickets will go on sale Monday
April 26 at noon. First come, first serve. There is no limit on number
of seats a family can buy, but please do so early to avoid
disappointment! It’s quite possible that all shows will sell out,
and possibly quickly.
Recital tickets can be purchased from the
receptionist or your child’s teacher directly or at the door, if still
available, on the day of the recitals. Tickets prices are $15.00 for
adults, and $12.00 for age 6 and under. Acton-Boxborough Dance Center
students do not need to purchase tickets for shows in which they
perform. If you must attend both performances in order to see all of
your child(ren)’s dances, you will receive 2 free tickets to the second
performance. (This does not apply to Company classes that perform in
both shows.) If you must attend all 3 shows to see all of your
child(ren)’s dances, you will receive 4 free tickets to the second and
third performances.
BACKSTAGE HELP:
We are requesting parents to assist backstage during a
show IN WHICH YOUR CHILD DOES NOT PERFORM. Parents will be asked to stay for
the entire show. We need one parent volunteer for each class which
is in elementary school.
10:00 performance (estimated show duration—1.5 hours)
1:00 performance (estimated show duration—3 hours)
6:00 performance (estimated show duration—3 hours)
In exchange for your assistance, backstage parents will be given one
free ticket to their child’s performance.
To volunteer, please email me at
abdancecenter@verizon.net with your name,
your child’s name, and the time of the performance in which you will be
available to volunteer. I will confirm the details with all volunteers.
If you have not helped backstage in the past, please consider doing so.
It is important to have responsible adults backstage, and it is a great
opportunity to meet some of our youngest dancers! Thank you in advance!
